All payments for readings and consultations are non‑refundable.
Once your session is booked, your time is reserved specifically for you.
At your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a phone call from Jane and Heidi to begin your reading.
If you are unavailable or do not answer, your session will need to be rescheduled.
We offer one complimentary reschedule in the event of a missed call.
If you are unavailable for the rescheduled appointment, the full cost of the reading will be forfeited.

• Be open and honest with Jane during your reading
• Holding back or withholding information can affect the clarity of your results
• A genuine, relaxed approach creates the strongest connection

✨ If We Need to Reschedule
If we ever need to adjust your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we sincerely apologize in advance and deeply appreciate your understanding.
